Ficus Bengalensis
Ficus bengalensis, the National tree of India, also commonly known as the banyan tree, banyan fig, or Ficus Audrey is a fairly fast-growing plant. In its natural habitat, the canopies of this tree can spread to endless grounds (Kabirvad: 2000 feet) with a maximum height reaching up to 30 meters.
The banyan tree is an evergreen tree with beautiful dense foliage. As the plant matures, it produces long aerial prop roots which grow downwards and over time eventually become part of the trunk. this gives the tree a Characteristic Appearance and structural advantage to support its heavy branches.

Soil type: Well-drained sandy loam soils, add vermicompost for healthy growth
Sunlight: Bright indirect to direct sunlight, Not suitable for dark places. Extreme heat during summers might scorch its leaf.
